New House Construction, San Jose
Ground-up construction of two single family houses, approximately 4,000 SF each. The existing house was demolished and the lot subdivided to accommodate two new houses.
This resulted in a narrow and very long lots challenging the design. The solution brought the owners a maximized efficiency of the lot utilization and will provided a good size family residence in the heart of San Jose.
