Monumental custom steel stair at lobby was a highlight and the biggest challenge of the project. Blackened steel in conjunction with elegant frameless glass railing and built in LED lighting bring the new lobby to life. Exquisite finishes within break room, outdoor amenity space and restrooms elevate the the quality of work environment for the future tenants. Solid surface countertops, reclaimed wood, and contemporary furniture complete the look.
